On the basis of an intake interview, we create a clear overview of the situation. Why does the company in question need temporary reinforcement in the form of one of our HR professionals? What do they want to achieve and within what time frame? And which persons or stakeholders will our colleague encounter during his or her time at the company?

Once we are sufficiently clear on these points, we will decide how long the company needs him or her for.
