  1. Intake interview: how is your business running today? To which questions would you like a clear answer with a view to the future? We will discuss everything with you in detail so that we can get straight to work.
  2. Planning: we draw up a challenging programme for the candidates. Then we schedule a date for the tests.
  3. Testing: everything starts with a personality test. We then map out the competencies and capacities of the candidates. We conclude with a series of exercises and an in-depth interview. All this is done according to the strictest, officially recognised quality requirements.
  4. Report: after three working days, we will provide you with a summary, containing an overview of the competencies present within your company, and where the greatest potential lies. The report also includes specific development advice and an overview of possible career paths.
  5. Feedback: no report without the necessary explanation. We discuss the result in detail with you and also recommend a feedback moment with the candidates in question.
