Facil’s global headquarters are located in Genk, Belgium. The company has 20 branches in three continents (Belgium, France, Germany, Spain, Sweden, US, Mexico, China, Thailand and India). At HQ in Genk, Facil has a vacancy for a Corporate Controller

Functie

• You support your colleagues in North America and Asia in the closings and prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting for the different business lines, countries, branches, etc. to the shareholders
• You deliver financial analysis that gives insights in sales, margin, costs, investments and specific projects
• You coordinate, prepare and distribute the budget and forecast
• You review reports and analyses with department managers
• You follow up on CAPEX and you are responsible for working capital and cash flow reporting
• You implement and maintain internal controls
• You follow-up on the evolutions, trends and developments within finance in general by internet or newsletters, follow seminars for controlling, finance and tax related updates
• You train, coach and manage the team members within the own functional domain
• You apply and safeguard the Facil values in daily operation
• You work out of the Belgian HQ and you report to the CFO.

Functie eisen

• Bright, hands-on performance driven individual, master education in finance and passionate about financial performance
• at least 7 year experience in a similar position, preferably in an international environment
• knowledge of international accounting and tax legislation, knowledge of accounting (GAAP) standards and SAP are assets
• analytical and people oriented, insight into business processes and a strong common sense
• high degree of mental and physical flexibility as you’ll be working on different time zones
• fluency in English (other languages are an asset)
