In 2019 Group Machiels joined Waterleau as the majority shareholder to accelerate their growth. To meet increasing demand for their expertise, we are currently looking for a Project Manager.

Functie

Main responsibilities

• You have a key role within the organization, responsible for planning, technical follow up and quality control of the project within budget and respecting deadlines.
• You work in close collaboration with Process Engineers and you support, manage and control a team of Project Engineers and Technical Designers
• You are the first point of contact for our client and the interface between customer and all teams within Waterleau
• You report directly to the VP Projects.

Functie eisen

Profile

• Master in Engineering (mechanical or bio) with a passion for environmental technologies. Knowhow of water treatment is an asset.
• Min. 5 years of experience in managing (international industrial) projects.
• Proven people skills and excellent teamplayer
• Analytical thinking skills, coupled with a structured way of working
• Strong quality awareness as well as a high level of attention to detail and efficiency
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French
