During a Talent Center or Development Center, we lay out growth opportunities and development potential exposed. However, these only pay off when they are translated into action and when the intended progress is consistently tracked.
We therefore offer the opportunity for a personal developmentplan (POP). In consultation with participant and supervisor, we look for the best opportunities for advancement and link them to appropriate goals.
In establishing a personal development plan we do not limit ourselves to classical forms of training to strengthen competencies. We look for learning methods tailored to the preferences of the participant. These may include:
Because we join hands with PXL-NeXT, participants have easy access to the training center’s extensive offerings. Where useful, customization for a team or organization can also be viewed.
We are happy to put our money where our mouth is after an initial introduction or intake interview.
