Support role

When our consultants guide your selection procedure from a supporting role, we apply our expertise to those specific elements of the process where you can use help. By mutual agreement, we determine where we take the lead, without you losing control of the procedure.

This can be useful, for example, in the composition of a selection committee, supporting your internal HR team as an external expert in selection interviews or through the implementation of a developmental assessment center to confirm your final choice.

Coordinating role

From a coordinating role, we relieve your organization during the entire selection process. We ensure that all the required steps are completed in accordance with the applicable standards and agreements we make. We communicate transparently during the selection process and provide regular feedback. At the end, we present the result of the entire selection, together with one or more candidates who, according to our methods, form the ideal match with the position and your organization.
