Our working method

During a Succession Center, we host (a) potential successor(s) for management to identify competencies and potential growth. We find out what competencies participants have through scientifically based tests and from observations help think about opportunities within the company.

We always put together a customized program that includes a selection of the following components: an in-depth interview, reasoning tests, a mailbox exercise, a personalityquestionnaire as a starting point for a conversation, a leadership role-play, an analysis and presentation exercise. Extra attention is given to aptitude for leadership.
