During a defined search, we will search within our network for candidates for your vacancy for a predetermined period of time. If required, we engage a supporting media campaign, using traditional and social media and a distinctive and creative approach.
This is a best-efforts commitment, where we report at least weekly on search actions taken and interim results. Finally, we also provide a list of candidates who showed interest after contacting us.
A full search goes beyond a delineated search. This is not a commitment of effort, but a result-oriented cooperation with the goal of filling the vacancy. Only when that goal is achieved is the pathway terminated.
Again, we actively approach candidates from our own and public databases, combined with a creative and distinctive media campaign that increases the reach of the job posting.
After we have selected a few suitable professionals, we either put the rest of the process back in the hands of the organization itself or we co-supervise the final selection through support in the selection interview and/or developmental assessment centers with accompanying advice for a final decision.
