In our Assessment Centers, we observe participants’ behavior extensively using scientifically based interaction exercises and we go in-depth in conversation about motivations, goals and competencies. In this way, we can reduce the likelihood of self-insight and estimate sustained cooperation based on focused observations.

Our working method

Whether the person you have your eye on has what it takes to write a success story within the open role in your organization, we check during specifically chosen components of the Assessment Center. These are administered by our experienced assessors.

We put together a customized program consisting of a selection of the following tests: an in-depth interview, reasoning tests, a mailbox exercise, a personality questionnaire as a starting point for an interview, a role play, an analysis and presentation exercise.
