During each of our centers, we focus on what competencies and growth potential a person possesses. Based on a diversified set of scientifically substantiated tests and interaction exercises, we deliver a comprehensive report containing present strengths and expert development-oriented advice.

When writing, our assessors always keep your organization, the (candidate) employee and – if applicable – his intended position in mind. Thus, you will receive a grounded interpretation of the results afterwards.

Assessment Center

In an Assessment Center, we test candidates very specifically on the competencies needed are to fill an open position within the company. You will receive a pronounced advice from our experts on whether to proceed with hiring or not.

Talent Center

During a Talent Center, we examine whether a participant has the necessary competencies to take on a specific position. In doing so, we use a developmental approach and also identify the participant’s potential.

Development Center

Our Development Center provides the broadest possible view of competencies and development opportunities, without starting from a set job profile.

Selfie Center

At a Selfie Center, the participant is subjected to a wide range of evidence-based tests and reflects extensively on their approach, strengths and growth potential.

Succession Center

To secure the succession of the (family) business, we developed the Succession Center, which in addition to a broad view of competencies and potential, also focuses on the leadership qualities of possible family successors or an external CEO.
