Those who know their own motivations, competencies and goals have an easier time building a sustainable career. In a Selfie Center, we investigate through science-based methods together with the participant to find his/her answer to the questions: Who am I? What do I want? What can I do? and What development opportunities do I see in myself?.

The tests we use closely resemble those of a Development Center, with the difference being that participants draw their own conclusions from their approach under the guidance of our assessors. Valuable insights to be able to make conscious choices and discuss with their employer.
