Our working method

Our Development Center is best viewed as a thorough examination of strengths and development potential of your employee or team. We examine what competencies participants have through scientifically substantiated tests and, based on observations, help think about (further) growth opportunities and the range of tasks entrusted to them.

Om to do so, we start from a customized program consisting of a selection of the following components: an in-depth interview, reasoning tests, a mailbox exercise, a personality questionnaire as a starting point for a conversation, a leadership role-play, an analysis and presentation exercise.
