Developopportunities have undeniably gained traction with the talent venturing into the job market today. So everyone off to French lessons or continuing education? Unfortunately, it doesn’t work that way. Or at least not for those seeking a return on investment and optimal teamwork.
A Development Center aims to identify the broad potential and possible growth paths of a participant. Its exploratory nature enables talent development across the board and growth potential or employability in new roles becomes visible. This allows you to make targeted investments in talent and, at the same time, in the sustainable growth of your organization.
Our Development Center is best viewed as a thorough examination of strengths and development potential of your employee or team. We examine what competencies participants have through scientifically substantiated tests and, based on observations, help think about (further) growth opportunities and the range of tasks entrusted to them.
Om to do so, we start from a customized program consisting of a selection of the following components: an in-depth interview, reasoning tests, a mailbox exercise, a personality questionnaire as a starting point for a conversation, a leadership role-play, an analysis and presentation exercise.
