Our working method

During a Talent Center, we test the critical competencies for an open position, but also identify the “trainable gap. To do so, our experienced assessors use scientific methods and advise on concrete support to fill the present developpotential of a participant to its full potential.

To do so, we start from a customized program consisting of a selection of the following components: an in-depth interview, reasoning tests, a mailbox exercise, a personalityquestionnaire as a starting point for a conversation, a role play, an analysis and presentation exercise.
